• Every handbag is carefully inspected and described in detail, including visible signs of use such as scratches, scuffs, or wear.
• If an item is found to be counterfeit by a recognized authentication service, you will receive a full refund.

  2. Returns Due to Undisclosed Defects

  • If you receive an item with a significant defect not disclosed in the product description or during live/video presentation, you are eligible for a full refund or a partial refund (based on mutual agreement).

  • • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and/or videos showing the defect.

  3. Other Return Requests

  • If you wish to return an item for any reason other than undisclosed defects (e.g., change of mind, dislike of style/color), you may still request a return.
  • In such cases:
  1. A $30 USD authentication fee will be deducted from your refund.
  2. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories, dust bags, and packaging (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us within 7 days.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

  5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been altered, cleaned, or damaged after delivery.
