- Every handbag is carefully inspected and described in detail, including visible signs of use such as scratches, scuffs, or wear.
- If an item is found to be counterfeit by a recognized authentication service, you will receive a full refund.
2. Returns Due to Undisclosed Defects
- If you receive an item with a significant defect not disclosed in the product description or during live/video presentation, you are eligible for a full refund or a partial refund (based on mutual agreement).
• • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and/or videos showing the defect.
3. Other Return Requests
- If you wish to return an item for any reason other than undisclosed defects (e.g., change of mind, dislike of style/color), you may still request a return.
- In such cases:
- A $30 USD authentication fee will be deducted from your refund.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories, dust bags, and packaging (if applicable).
4. Return Process

- Once approved, ship the item back to us within 7 days.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
5. Non-Returnable Items
